RETURNS

All returns must be shipped within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached.  

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@oldirontruckin.com to obtain a shipping label. After receiving your shipping label via email, follow the instructions included in the email to ensure it is shipped back. 

Return shipping charges will be taken care of by Old Iron Truckin LLC. with a prepaid shipping label. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged we will give you a full refund or replace the item with no questions asked. Kindly email us at support@oldirontruckin.com.
